Child is hyperactive autistic. Grandma (80 y/o) is spending time with her for summer break but with no reprieve and hard for her to keep up. The mother has to work long nursing shifts and her regular babysitter is on vacation through 21st. Child needs constant positive reinforcement and supervision and is very active.
