Babysitter Needed

I'm an entrepreneur and single dad who travels 3 to 4 days a week. Looking for full time care for my amazing 6-year-old daughter when I'm gone. Would need to stay in our home and take child to and from activities and school. Vehicle, 401k, and health insurance provided. This is a full time au pair type role. Full room and board could be provided on off duty days, but is completely optional. Details can be discussed and are somewhat flexible to work for all parties. She is very intelligent and caring. Well spoken and expressive. She loves kids and adults alike. We live in the rural mountains with pikes peak out our window.
