Nanny Needed

I will need someone to watch my 6-month-old while I start my new work from home job. Training is going to be for 3 weeks and the hours will range from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the last 2 weeks 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We are looking for someone to care for him after my husband leaves for work around 12 p.m. until he returns home. And once I start my schedule which is 6 p.m. to 3 am, we are looking for someone to watch him again until my husband returns home.
