Childcare Needed

Hey! My family just moved to St. Louis from Cleveland. We have a beautiful, loving one-year who is very playful. My wife works from home for the most part (some travel), so we are hoping for someone who can come home instead of daycare (would allow my wife to spend intermittent time with him throughout the day). We haven't given him any screen time yet, so looking for a caring nanny who can keep him engaged and feed his curiosity. Schedule is flexible, and am open to negotiation.
