Production Worker - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in custom packaging manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their dynamic team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Eau Claire, WI

Pay Rate: $17.25/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, and Stretch Wrappers
• Follow all manufacturing instructions closely to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area
• Assist in physical inventory counts during month-end, year-end, and audits
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team
