Production Operator – 3rd Shift

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour + $2.50/hour shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift

Manpower is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization in Oak Ridge, TN to hire Production Operators for 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their skills in a stable and safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery and technical equipment according to work order instructions
• Make machine adjustments as needed and communicate equipment issues to appropriate personnel
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met
• Identify and address non-conforming products in accordance with procedures
• Move materials and finished products throughout the facility using hand trucks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists
• Utilize computer software to track and transfer parts through production processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
