Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator to join their team. As an Entry Level Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Entry Level Machine Operator

Location: East Syracuse, NY

Pay Range: $18.82

Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing machinery according to blueprints and work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
• Assist in setting up and maintaining equipment for production runs
• Perform quality checks and document findings
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Prior warehouse or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
