Production Worker - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the seafood processing industry, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Fall River, MA
Rate: $15
Shift: First Shift - 7A - 3P
* You are working around seafood. Please make sure you do not have any allergies *

What's the Job?

• Ensure that orders are accurate and meet quality standards
• Wrap scallops and operate scales efficiently
• Stack boxes and vats, lifting and moving products as needed
• Operate equipment following strict safety protocols
• Maintain warehouse and production goals while adhering to health and safety standards

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
• Ability to stay on feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work in cold and wet environments
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory
