Job Title: Feeder Operator / General Labor

Location: Harrison, AR 72601

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Contract: 6 months

Job Summary:

We are hiring Feeder Operators / General Labor Associates to join a manufacturing team in Harrison, AR. This role involves feeding materials into production equipment, inspecting cartons for quality, sorting defective products, banding pallets, and supporting general production operations. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Feed materials into gluing and production machines.

Inspect cartons for folding, gluing, and quality defects.

Sort good and defective cartons.

Pack cartons according to customer specifications.

Band pallets and perform rework as needed.

Apply labels and move finished products on the conveyor.

Operate a hand pallet jack to move materials.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, 5S, and SQF guidelines.

Report quality or food safety concerns to management.

Perform other production duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to quickly identify product defects.

Able to stand for up to 8 hours.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Willingness to obtain a forklift certification.

Reliable, safety-focused, and a team player.

Requirements:

Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Must attend a mandatory group tour/interview before hire.
