TUSA is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our team at our Long Beach headquarters. In this role, you'll become an essential part of a collaborative team that supports retailers, dealers, and consumers throughout North America while representing some of the most respected brands in the watersports industry.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you'll be one of the primary points of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and professionalism of the TUSA brand.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat
- Accurately enter and process customer orders and invoices
- Manage e-commerce orders and assist with order inquiries
- Process returns, warranty claims, and customer credits
- Maintain accurate customer information and prepare reports
- Work closely with outside sales representatives and internal departments
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) to process orders and maintain customer records
- Assist with general office and administrative functions
- Help create an outstanding customer experience from order placement through delivery
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in order management, sales support, or a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and effectively use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Interest in scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, or outdoor recreation
