Maintenance Tech

Responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the apartment community. Performs apartment unit turns, including preparing vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, painting, cleaning, and inspections. Troubleshoots and repairs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues in occupied and vacant units. Completes work orders in a timely manner, performs preventive maintenance, and ensures all work is completed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations
