Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
• Make outbound calls as needed for follow-ups or additional information
• Provide clear and helpful information to callers while maintaining a positive experience
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure efficient communication flow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative role preferred
• Strong ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism and efficiency
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
