Retail Sales / Manager in Training - Bilingual

Mattress Liquidation Warehouse LLC is a growing Texas-based company dedicated to providing high-quality bedding at unmatched prices. We are currently looking for a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) sales professional who wants to grow with us. This is not just a standard sales role—this is a fast track to management. We are looking for someone with inventory control experience who we can train to step into a Management position within the next few months.

What You Will Do

• Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the perfect sleep solutions by explaining product features and negotiating sales in both English and Spanish.

• Inventory Control: Actively manage and track warehouse and showroom inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels. Loading and unloading trucks daily.

• Leadership Training: Learn the ins and outs of our business operations, store policies, and management duties to prepare for an upcoming leadership role.

• Showroom Operations: Process payment transactions accurately, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom floor.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales and inventory control is highly preferred.

• Leadership Potential: You are a self-starter with a positive attitude who is looking to step into a management role in the near future.

• Requirements: A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid Driver's License are required.
