Maintenance Technician

Location: New Ipswich, NH 03071

Will start their shift at the office – will utilize company vehicles, noted there will be lots of time on the road
Company has 1,500 units across New England – furthest north is Littleton, NH (would only go to Littleton to flip apartment, if there are any maintenance issues such as plumbing/electric, they call a local independent contractor), furthest south is Sturbridge, MA

Pay: $22-27/hour

Schedule: 5X8s, Monday through Friday, start at 6AM

Shift starts when they get to the office at 6AM, shift ends when they finish at last property

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of Maintenance Technician experience
• Knowledge of light plumbing/electrical/carpentry
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Assist with full apartment turn-over process between tenants
• Paint apartment interiors (walls, trim, ceilings)
• Dispose of any left behind furniture or items in dumpster
• Perform light cleaning
• Move appliances and clean behind/underneath them
• Treat apartment for insects
• Perform light construction and repair tasks including tile removal, flooring/carpet removal, removing and installing toilets, removing light switch covers and electrical outlet covers for painting and reinstalling once finished
