Position Summary

Memco Pasadena is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.

If you have strong leadership skills, commercial roofing experience, and enjoy managing projects in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through completion.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor budgets, job costs, and profitability.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout each project.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, and change orders.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.
• Resolve project issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Prepare project documentation, closeout packages, and final reports.

Qualifications

• Clean background is a must
• 3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal roofing, and coatings.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license.

Candidates must be able to provide proof of U.S citizenship and successfully pass a federal background investigation to oblation the necessary security clearance to enter a government restricted facility
