Repair Coordinator

RemX is seeking a Repair Coordinator to support the flow of customer returns and repair activity in a fast-paced operations environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple priorities, and ensuring every detail is accurate.

Location: Addison, TX (100% onsite

Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday

Type: contract to hire

Pay: $22-$25/hr

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and track incoming customer returns and repair requests
• Verify serial numbers, part numbers, and product information within SAP ECC
• Maintain accurate inventory records for returned equipment and accessories
• Create and manage repair work orders, routing items to the appropriate technicians
• Prepare repair documentation, service records, and certificates of conformity
• Partner with warehouse and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with operational procedures
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in returns processing, repair administration, service coordination, or operations support
• Strong administrative, organizational, and data-entry skills
• Experience with SAP ECC or another ERP system preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
