Maintenance Technician

Gillmann Services is now hiring a Maintenance Technician for work between Hinton, Princeton, and Talcott!

**Must have previous experience in a maintenance role to be considered**

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, plumbing systems, appliances, etc.
• General and preventative maintenance to apartment units
• Perform drywall installation and repairs, painting, trim work, flooring repair and installation
• Perform light electrical work, install switches, lights, outlets, appliances
• Perform light plumbing repairs and installation of toilets, tubs, shower fixtures, sinks
• Maintain compliance with all site safety standards and regulations
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, apartment and general maintenance
• Familiar with all hand and power tools required of the trade
• Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to make accurate measurements and cuts
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally with residents and property management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Consent to drug and background screening
