Requirements

• Must have your own truck and trailer (CDL hotshot setup preferred)
• Valid CDL and active commercial insurance
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and safe hauling practices
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Willingness to work independently and maintain compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive a hotshot rig to deliver freight across multiple states
• Conduct routine inspections (pre-trip/post-trip) to ensure compliance
• Secure loads properly and handle freight with care
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and shippers
• Keep accurate logs of driving hours, fuel usage, and deliveries
• Follow all DOT regulations and traffic laws
