Carpenter

Are you a skilled carpenter looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents and grow your career? We are currently seeking a Carpenter to join our factory team, contributing to the production of high-quality modular housing components. This position starts as a temporary role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and fit.

As part of our team, you'll:

• Perform general carpentry tasks, such as framing, sheathing, and installing walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Assemble and install cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim details with precision.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and digital plans.
• Use hand and power tools to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of carpentry experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Strong understanding of carpentry principles, including framing and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and work overhead for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay rate: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

About the Workplace:

This role is based in a factory environment, where you'll be exposed to construction materials, tools, and equipment. Some overtime or weekend work may be required based on production schedules.
