Ball, Louisiana | $30–$40 Per Hour, Based on Experience *weekly Pay*

FlexForce is seeking experienced Bricklayers and Brick Masons for professional masonry work in Ball, Louisiana.This position is intended for skilled masons who can produce quality work with limited supervision. Applicants must have hands-on experience laying brick, block, and other masonry materials on active construction projects

This is not an entry-level masonry helper position.

Pay$30–$40 per hour

Starting pay will be determined by demonstrated experience, craftsmanship, production ability, and overall masonry knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Lay brick, concrete block, and other masonry materials accurately and efficiently
• Build walls, partitions, columns, foundations, and other masonry structures
• Measure, mark, and lay out masonry work according to plans and specifications
• Mix, spread, and properly apply mortar
• Cut and shape brick and block using masonry saws and hand tools
• Maintain proper alignment, spacing, elevation, level, and plumb
• Install reinforcement, anchors, flashing, control joints, and related masonry components
• Perform pointing, cleaning, finishing, and repair work as required
• Work safely from scaffolding, ladders, and elevated work areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area
• Follow all jobsite safety policies and supervisor instructions

Required Experience

• Proven commercial or industrial bricklaying and masonry experience
• Ability to independently lay brick and block to line, grade, level, and plumb
• Knowledge of mortar types, masonry materials, tools, and construction methods
• Ability to read measurements and follow drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Ability to maintain quality while meeting daily production expectations
• Experience operating masonry saws, grinders, mixers, and related equipment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Reliable transportation to the Ball, Louisiana area
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must bring appropriate work clothing and required personal protective equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional bricklaying or block masonry experience
• Commercial construction experience
• Experience building structural block walls and brick veneer
• Experience working from scaffolding
• OSHA or other construction safety training
• Experience completing masonry repairs and restoration work
