The C.D. Hartnett Company is hiring an experienced Class A CDL Route Delivery Driver to join our Weatherford Distribution Center team.

Since 1880, C.D. Hartnett has served businesses throughout Texas as a full-line grocery and foodservice distributor. Our drivers are an essential part of our operation, safely delivering food, grocery products, and related supplies to our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CDL A driver seeking consistent weekday work, strong weekly earnings, performance incentives, comprehensive benefits, and weekends off.

Compensation and Bonuses

• Average earnings of $1,300–$1,500 per week
• $5,000 hiring bonus

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally
• Deliver grocery and related products to customers throughout assigned Texas routes
• Complete scheduled route stops accurately and efficiently
• Inspect equipment before and after each route
• Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and DOT documentation
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and distribution-center personnel
• Complete overnight routes approximately twice per week, as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Texas Class A CDL
• At least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Safe and dependable driving history
• Ability to meet all DOT qualification requirements
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to complete overnight routes approximately twice per week
• Dependable attendance and strong customer-service skills
• Ability to perform the physical duties associated with route delivery
