Island Time Transportation is seeking professional, customer-focused drivers to join our growing team serving Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Carrollwood, Odessa, Clearwater, Pinellas Park, St. Petersburg, and the surrounding Tampa Bay communities.
As a Professional Private Transportation Driver, you’ll provide safe, reliable transportation to and from Tampa International Airport (TPA), St. Pete - Clearwater International Airport (PIE), cruise ports, hotels, residences, businesses, and other destinations throughout the region.

What You’ll Do
- Safely transport passengers to and from airports, cruise ports, hotels, residences, businesses, and special events.
- Arrive early for every scheduled pickup.
- Monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times as needed.
- Assist passengers with luggage.
- Communicate professionally with passengers before and during every trip.
- Use the Island Time Transportation Driver App to manage rides.
- Maintain a clean, smoke-free, vape-free, and odor-free vehicle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every trip.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills with the ability to communicate porfessionally with passengers, dispatch, and airport personnel.
- Own or lease an SUV, crossover, or larger vehicle.
- Vehicle must be late model, feature a clean leather interior, and be in excellent mechanical condition.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Professional business casual appearance.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and GPS navigation.
- Ability to assist passengers with luggage.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional flight delays.
