About the job
The Cleanroom Technician is responsible for cleaning, assembling, testing, packaging, and
preparing customer parts while maintaining strict cleanroom standards and ensuring quality
throughout the production process.
We're looking for someone who
● Has previous manufacturing experience; cleanroom or semiconductor experience is
preferred
● Can follow detailed work instructions, specifications, prints, and standard operating
procedures
● Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
● Has basic computer and cell phone skills for recording and communicating data
● Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team
● Has experience packaging metal parts or working with stainless steel, aluminum, copper,
nickel, anodized metals, or similar materials (preferred)
● Can safely wear required cleanroom PPE, including cleanroom garments, steel-toed boots,
safety glasses, and hearing protection for extended periods
● Is available to work rotating shifts during training and transition to a second shift schedule
What you'll do
● Perform bake-out processes to dry customer parts after wet cleaning
● Clean customer parts using approved methods, including IPA wipes when required
● Assemble, test, clean, mark, and package customer products according to specifications,
work instructions, and standard operating procedures
● Handle components made from materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper,
quartz, ceramic, titanium, bronze, anodized aluminum, and nickel
● Inspect and package parts carefully to ensure proper protection and final seal before
shipment
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cleanroom environment through routine
housekeeping
● Follow all quality, safety, and cleanroom procedures while meeting daily production goals
Physical requirements
● Must be able to wear cleanroom garments, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing
protection for up to 8 hours per shift
● Must be comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the workday
● Must be able to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms while handling small parts
● Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment while following all PPE and safety
requirements
