Production Quality Inspector
Location: Onsite - Brownwood, TX
Competitive Compensation: Starting at $22.08 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.
Shift Needed: 5:00 am-5:30 pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

We are looking to fill a Production Quality Inspector position in our Plastics Department. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including luxury bathtubs and toilets.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Commit to working accident free.
Complete 5S activities within department to maintain safe working environment.
Visually inspect units for defects by performing basic quality checks.
Maintainig records, logging inspection results, and documenting nonconformance issues found.
Checking production documentation for accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Testing and assisting with basic analysis as needed.
Communicating quality concerns to production staff and management.
Assisting with implementation of quality improvement projects and processes.

Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to identify minor discrepancies and inconsistencies in products or processes.
Understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation requirements.
Ability to clearly report quality issues and concerns to relevant personnel.
Familiarity with data entry and quality management systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with production staff and Quality Assurance team members.

Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.
Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
