CDL-A Truck Driver - Earn $1,350+/Week

Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Smyrna, TN!

Average $1,500 per Week - Full Benefits

$3,500 Sign-On Bonus

Pay & More:

• Average $1,500 per week
• Solo miles pay: $0.80 per mile with 1,300 miles per week
• Solo stops pay: $25.71 per stop with 12 stops per week
• Per diem pay: $50.00 per night with 3 - 4 nights per week
• $3,500 sign-on bonus: $1,750 paid at 30 days, and $1,750 paid at 90 days
• Medical, dental & vision after 30 days
• Earn PTO starting day 1. Up to 80 hours accrued in 1st year
• Uniforms, cell phone & boot allowance provided

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

• Deliver SOLO To: TN, AL, KY, MO, AR, MS, lower IL, and IN
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; possible Saturdays
• Hours Per Week: 40 + hours per week 
• Start Time: Dispatch 7:00 AM 
• Tractor Type: Sleeper
• Trailer Type: Dry Van 53’
• Freight: Touch – assembled motorcycles

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
