Our client, a leading organization in customer support services, is seeking a Job Information Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Job Information Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay Range: $23.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Interact with customers to provide information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
- Determine customer issues and offer appropriate solutions or follow-up actions
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints
- Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation
What's Needed?
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- High school diploma or GED preferred
