• Coaching Implementation: Actively participate in regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to refine your sales techniques, negotiation skills, and client relationship strategies. This is not passive education-you'll be expected to apply insights immediately.


• System Mastery: Utilize Follow-Up Boss and our proprietary scripts to manage your pipeline systematically and track your conversion progress. You'll understand your numbers better than ever before.


• Performance Accountability: Monitor your metrics monthly, celebrate improvements, and collaborate with the team to overcome obstacles. We'll track not just deals closed, but why you're closing them.
