Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Vermont state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred; SLP-CFY applicants welcome
- Prior experience or strong interest working in a school setting with middle school-aged children
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Delivering therapy sessions to meet student IEP goals, both individually and in group settings
- Documenting progress, preparing reports, and participating in IEP meetings as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Providing guidance and support to teachers regarding student communication needs
