Job Description
Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Exciting opportunities are available for skilled Imaging professionals with strong orthopedic experience. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services while working within a collaborative healthcare setting.
Schedule/Hours:
- 3x12 hour shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Must take one call shift per month
- Holiday rotation: Work any holidays that coincide with your regular workdays
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Registered Radiologic Technologist/X-ray Tech with a proven background in orthopedic imaging
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic radiology exams, with an emphasis on orthopedic imaging
- Ensure high-quality imaging results through proper patient positioning and technique
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information
- Maintain equipment, comply with safety guidelines, and uphold all regulatory policies
- Assist with after-hours call coverage as scheduled and participate in rotating holiday duties
