Job Title: 3RD SHIFT EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Job Description
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the facility. This role supports production and distribution by ensuring accurate material flow, maintaining inventory integrity, and following all safety and food-handling guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks to move, stage, load, and unload materials.
- Ensure accurate material flow and maintain inventory integrity.
- Follow all safety and food-handling guidelines.
Essential Skills
- Experience in forklift operation, particularly sit-down forklifts.
- Proficiency with RF scan guns.
- Skills in inventory management, order picking, material handling, unloading, and shipping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with sit-down forklifts.

Work Environment
The work environment includes various shifts: Receiving Forklift Operator (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), Forklift Operators (3:00 PM–3:30 AM), Pickers (2:30 PM-1:00 AM), and Loaders (2:30 PM - 1:00 AM).
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
