The ideal candidate will bring experience from restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, food service, retail, or other fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading month-end close and financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Payroll oversight and compliance
• Cost controls and operational performance analysis
• Supporting leadership with strategic financial insights
• Partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and drive efficiencies

• Experience in a senior accounting capacity with responsibility for financial record accuracy.

• Strong working knowledge of general ledger processes, account reconciliation, and financial reporting practices.

• Demonstrated ability to manage document control activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Practical experience scanning, organizing, and compiling business records in a structured environment.

• Proficiency in bank reconciliations and identifying variances across financial transactions.

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain well-organized documentation.

• Strong communication and coordination skills for working across accounting and administrative teams
