What You’ll Do
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA), your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Supporting mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
Preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and running errands
Providing companionship and emotional support
Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to your care team
Following a personalized care plan developed by clinical supervisors
What You Need to Join
Valid HHA certification or PCA training in New York State
Reliable transportation to visit clients in Orange County
Genuine compassion and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in a home setting
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
