BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Shallotte, NC 28470. This position is ideal for a maintenance professional who takes pride in delivering quality work, maintaining community standards, and providing outstanding resident service.

• Role: Certified Maintenance Technician
• Location: Shallotte, NC 28470
• Pay: $22/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire

• Complete service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform maintenance and repairs, including:
  • Pool maintenance and operations
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Electrical repairs
  • Appliance diagnostics and repair
  • Carpentry and general maintenance
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparations
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
