BCBA - School Based

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

School-Based BCBA (Part-Time) — Mount Desert, ME
Location: Mount Desert, ME
Employment Type: Part-time school-based BCBA
Schedule: 3 full days/week OR 5 half-days/week (you pick); school-year (26/27)

What you’ll do

• Provide Board Certified Behavior Analyst services for students PreK–8.
• Conduct behavior assessments (FBAs), develop BIPs, and train school staff on implementation.
• Monitor student data and adjust interventions based on outcomes.
• Consult with special educators, administration, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on behavioral goals and supports.

Must-have qualifications

• BCBA credential in good standing.
• Experience in school-based settings with PreK–8 populations.
• Ability to write and implement FBAs and effective BIPs.
• Strong coaching and training skills for teacher/staff capacity-building.
• Availability for the school-year schedule (3 full days or 5 half days).
