Maintenance Technician – Property Management

💲 $21.00/Hour | Full-Time

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate is experienced in completing work orders, make-ready units, and general apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Complete resident service requests and work orders
• Perform make-ready repairs for vacant units
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance tasks
• Maintain community grounds and common areas
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications:

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong make-ready and work order skills required
• HVAC/AC experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
