Forklift Operator

**Forklift Driver - $23/Hour - Start ASAP**

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts professionally and accident-free, keeping precise records of inspections.
• Maintain and clean the forklift systematically.
• Track the location of goods during material handling using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure accurate data entry.
• Perform manual tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead, such as sampling, inventory, and cleaning.
• Keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
• During seed delivery and return seasons, ensure transport vehicles are properly loaded and unloaded with quality packages to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain safety standards and initiate and follow emergency procedures when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to count accurately when moving inventory.
• Ability to read scales.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
• Alertness and awareness while driving the forklift safely.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work in confined spaces with a forklift.
• 1 year of forklift experience preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Have reliable transportation to the site.
• Maintain enthusiasm, good attitude, honesty, and respect for all.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
