Job Description
**Forklift Driver - $23/Hour - Start ASAP**

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts professionally and accident-free, keeping precise records of inspections.
- Maintain and clean the forklift systematically.
- Track the location of goods during material handling using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Perform manual tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead, such as sampling, inventory, and cleaning.
- Keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
- During seed delivery and return seasons, ensure transport vehicles are properly loaded and unloaded with quality packages to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain safety standards and initiate and follow emergency procedures when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to count accurately when moving inventory.
- Ability to read scales.
- Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
- Alertness and awareness while driving the forklift safely.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in confined spaces with a forklift.
- 1 year of forklift experience preferred.
- 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Prior forklift certification preferred.
- Have reliable transportation to the site.
- Maintain enthusiasm, good attitude, honesty, and respect for all.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
