Job Description
Location: Dallas, TX 75238
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: MondayFriday, 3:30 PM 2:30 AM
Training will take place on the day shift for approximately one month.
We are seeking a dependable Tablet Press Operator to safely operate tablet compression equipment and produce high-quality products according to production specifications, SOPs, GMP standards, and safety requirements. This is a safety-sensitive role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and adjust tablet press equipment according to batch records.
Monitor tablet quality, including weight, thickness, hardness, and appearance.
Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain proper documentation.
Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company quality standards.
Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas.
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
Use scales, calipers, hardness testers, and other measuring devices.
Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documents in English.
Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills.
Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Previous manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food production, or related experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move materials using appropriate equipment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and use measuring equipment accurately.
