Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service/Order Desk Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Brea, CA. This full-time position is ideal for a customer service professional who enjoys order processing, billing support, inventory coordination, and building positive customer relationships in a stable office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Sage MAS.
- Handle billing, invoicing, pricing requests, and related customer service tasks.
- Provide professional phone support to customers, with an average call volume of up to approximately 12 calls per day.
- Check inventory availability across 12 U.S. warehouse locations.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through timely, patient, and professional communication.
- Support day-to-day order desk operations in a small, team-oriented office environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
- Target pay rate: $23.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Job type: Direct hire, permanent full-time position.
