Forklift Operator (PP Forklift Driver)
Pleasant Prairie, WI 
Positions Needed: First and Second Shift
First Shift:  9 :00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour (First Shift), $20.00/hour (Second Shift)
Overtime: Mandatory and as needed
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, and store products in designated secure locations.
• Prepare and maintain records of materials received and shipped.
• Review shipments and accompanying documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Confirm shipping details and expedite shipments impacting manufacturing schedules.
• Transport and load materials manually or using hand trucks and skids.
• Collect and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Follow and maintain the 7s Program and guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum two years of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills.
• Good math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 

• Must not be afraid of heights; order pickers may reach up to 30 feet.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 55 pounds.
• Manufacturing environment, with office and warehouse dock settings.
• Occasional exposure to weather; moderate to loud noise levels.

• Adhere to company policies regarding the protection of information assets and ethics.
• Comply with all provisions of the Company Code of Conduct and related policies.
• Protect company assets and confidential information in accordance with Arvato’s confidentiality and information security guidelines.
• Report actual or suspected vulnerabilities and security incidents.
