About this job
Looking for reliable and supportive part-time person to care for our 43-year-old son with cerebral palsy (physically challenged only). He weighs 155 lbs, is 5'7" tall, and uses an electric wheelchair. Person must be approved and will be paid by IL DRS, starting at $20/hour. Individual will work lunch shifts from 12:30p - 2:30p with some flexibility. The two-week cycle will alternate Tuesday thru Friday one week, then Sunday thru Friday second week, working 20 hours every two weeks. Duties include meal preparation, light cleaning, other personal care tasks.
