Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: She has multiple sclerosis and recently was hospitalized with UTI. She just got home from inpatient rehab but needs help transferring to the toilet and reminder to take medicine. I basically just need someone there to help make sure she says in her chair and doesnt try to transfer by herself About the care needs: I need someone patient who can talk to someone with memory issues Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
