Babysitter Needed

As a mom to a 9-month-old, I understand how important it is to find someone you truly trust. I'm looking for a part-time nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and loving environment. We value gentle, responsive caregiving, with a focus on following baby's cues, maintaining a consistent (but flexible) routine, and supporting healthy sleep habits. Infant experience especially with feeding, soothing, and naps is important. I'm looking for someone reliable, patient, and communicative who will treat my child with genuine care and keep me informed throughout the day. Ideally, someone who feels like a natural extension of our family.
