Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

My grandson is an energetic 2-year-old that loves to play. I would like someone that can give structure to his day by working on potty training, learning his alphabet (he knows mostly), counting, coloring, writing. He loves to watch his shows, but we would like someone that can work out a schedule that keeps him with minimal screen time. His mom and I work from the home you would be in, but we could keep the door shut for someone to have 100% attention from him.
