Schedule: Days with On Call 7ON/7OFF Highpoint Health – Sumner ; 555 Hartsville Pike Gallatin, TN 37066 All Travelers must have REQUIRED certifications prior to start. Client reserves the right to require certifications not listed. Please refer to LPNT checklist for most up to date requirements. **Orientation is weekly, on Mondays – Local Rate $51.00 ;Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel** • Providing quality health care to Gallatin, Hendersonville and the surrounding areas for 60 years.  • Employs more than 1,000 employees and 300 physicians. • Fully accredited by The Joint Commission and is governed by a local board of trustees. The hospital is also one of the largest non-government employers in Sumner County • 167-bed healthcare facility  • Level III Trauma Center status State Specific Checks LPNT - Tennessee Abuse Registry   All Clinical Staff on assignment in the State of Tennessee must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date.    • Results required prior to start
