Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver direct patient care in a busy Emergency Room setting.
\n
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5 based on acuity.
\n
• Perform necessary clinical duties, including tele interpretation and Point of Care lab testing.
\n
• Collaborate with charge nurses and other staff in a supportive role.
\n
• Utilize the EPIC charting system efficiently.
\n
• Complete additional duties as assigned during orientation week in state.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
\n
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
\n
• Familiarity with trauma care and acute patient management.
\n
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday as required.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to float within designated zones.
\n
