Role Description

\n

We are looking for a full-time Recruiter to join our team on-site in Biloxi, MS. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing quality candidates to meet business needs. Daily tasks include managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruiter will help develop and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Sourcing candidates.
\n
• Experience in Interviewing, Onboarding, and Employment Best Practices.
\n
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
\n
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team leaders.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
\n
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
\n
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
\n
• Previous recruiting experience, particularly in staffing or professional services, is a strong advantage.
