Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients during labor and delivery.
\n
• Monitor and assess fetal and maternal well-being using Obix fetal monitoring.
\n
• Coordinate and manage C-sections, including scrub, recovery, and circulating duties.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including perinatology support, for high-risk pregnancies.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation through Cerner EMR system.
\n
• Comply with hospital protocols and assist in postpartum care if needed.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years experience in Labor and Delivery, preferably with travel experience.
\n
• Current RN license and authorization to practice in the state of California.
\n
• BLS, NRP, ACLS, and Adv-AWHONN certifications required.
\n
• Proficient in using Cerner EMR system.
\n
• Experience with managing care for patients from 23 weeks gestation and managing high-risk patients.
\n
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotations.
\n
