Professional RN Team Lead
Assignment Duration\nThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule\nShift: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Job Description\nThe Professional RN Team Lead is responsible for time management, critical thinking, delegation, and prioritization in delivering the highest quality health care. This role involves direct interaction with patients, including assessment, monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in their condition. The RN Team Lead collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team and advocates for patients, while also being prepared to step down to an LPN Med Cart position as needed. This role promotes evidence-based practice and maintains clinical competence specific to the care area.

- Assess, monitor, record, and report patient conditions \n
- Advocate for patients and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team \n
- Participate in unit councils and staff meetings \n
- Communicate effectively and document appropriately in electronic medical records (EMR) \n
- Adhere to ethical and professional practices within scope \n
- Engage in ongoing education and maintain clinical competence \n
- May require lifting up to 50 lbs. and prolonged sitting or standing \n

- Active state nursing license \n
- COVID-19 vaccination (optional) \n
- MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap vaccinations required \n
- TB test and fit test required \n
- Driver's License/State ID required \n
- Background check and drug screen required \n
