Surgical Technologists specializing in Orthopedics play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care in an acute care setting. Working alongside orthopedic surgeons, registered nurses, and anesthesia providers, you will prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile technique, organize surgical instruments and implants, and provide intraoperative support during a wide range of orthopedic procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and surgical excellence.

Requirements\n

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience in an acute care setting
\n
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
\n
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and operating room procedures
\n
• Ability to anticipate surgeon and procedural needs in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and assist with up to 100 lbs
\n
