Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with diverse medical conditions, including cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical cases.
\n
• Administer and titrate intravenous infusions such as dopamine, dobutamine, and heparin according to physician orders.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery and optimal outcomes.
\n
• Adapt to rotating assignments across various acuity levels and units, including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and Med-Surg Tele.
\n
• Participate in floating duties across different units within a 60-mile zone as per staffing needs.
\n
• Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation to maintain accurate patient records.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU/IMC settings is required.
\n
• Proficiency in managing and titrating cardiac and insulin drips.
\n
• Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.
\n
• Available to work nights and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
\n
